Trust each other to work together

To cooperate / partner in realizing a common goal cannot be based on likes and dislikes, but all parties must be involved in the partnership. Everything means including the local government and the surrounding community.
Managing Partner of Partnership-ID, Kemal Soeriawidjaja highlighted that one aspect that tends to be forgotten is the powerless or marginalized people. Meanwhile, to get to know other parties, including marginalized people, it is necessary to build trust between one another.
"Building trust in each other is a process," he explained (5/3).
One way to build cooperation or partner with other parties, Kemal provides a reference consisting of several aspects. Namely building trust (basic foundation, avoid threat, new solution), shared value (creating economic value, promote growth, not about personal value nor sharing value), inclusive business (fair trade, base of pyramid, doing business with the poor).
