EPSP Class 8 Graduation
CCPHI together with Paramadina University held the 8th batch of EPSP Graduation on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at the Postgraduate Campus, Paramadina University. On this occasion, Prof. Firmanzah PhD, as the Chancellor of Paramadina University gave a speech and opened the event. Prof. Firmanzah PhD conveyed the importance of collaboration and cooperation across sectors, where graduates must become agents of change in collaborating with various sectors.
As a final requirement, the EPSP participants presented a prototype of the partnership program based on the knowledge gained during EPSP classes and field visits. Participants were divided into three groups and presented various topics including: 1) The Atung group delivered a presentation on "Increasing Honey Farmers' Income through the Entrepreneurial Partnership Program in Ujung Jaya Village, Ujung Kulon, Banten"; 2) The Bhin-Bhin group delivered a presentation on “Sustainable Nature Tourism Business Development in Ujung Jaya Village, Ujung Kulon, Banten”; and 3) Kaka group delivered a presentation on “Strategies to Reduce Maternal Mortality Rate in Bogor Regency”. Unlike the previous batches, the 8th batch of EPSP presented two panelists in the presentation of the prototype participants, namely Kemal Soerjawidjaja from Partnership ID and Kindaris from PNM.
The event ended with the inauguration of the 16 graduates. The certificate was given by Prof. Firmanzah PhD, and pin embedding by Dian Rosdiana, Executive Director of CCPHI and Dr. Handi Risza Idris from Paramadina University.
The 8th EPSP batch started from August to November 2018 and was attended by 16 participants from the private sector, NGOs, and the government.
