Graduation Day of EPSP Batch 4

CCPHI and Paramadina University held the graduation ceremony of the Executive Program for Sustainable Partnership (EPSP) Batch 4 on Thursday, 10 November 2016, at Paramadina Graduate School campus. Totok A. Soefijanto, EdD, Paramadina University’s Deputy Rector for Academic and Student Affairs gave the welcoming remarks. We also heard Keynote Speech by Prof Ainun Naim, PhD, the Secretary General of Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education.

The main program of the day were presentations by EPSP participants on their prototypes. These are plans of action based on the newly-gained knowledge during their “sensing” fieldtrips. The presentations of group prototypes were: 1) Indonesia Hebat: training programs for the diffables in Bali; 2) Ceria: empowerment of Papuan college students in Java; 3) Mindful: reducing maternal and infant mortality, and malnutrition rates in East Nusatenggara; and  4) P3W3: capacity building of Indonesian female migrant workers in Singapore.

Andrie Darusman of BTPN delivered an inspiring valedictorian speech prior to the inauguration of the 23 graduates. Dean Iin Mayasari of Paramadina University presented the certificates for all graduates. Aristides Katoppo, CCPHI Boardmember, presented the EPSP pins to the graduating participants.

EPSP Batch 4 started in August and attended by 23 participants from 10 companies, 8 NGOs, and 5 government institutions. This graduation ceremony was attended by 61 people from various sectors.
