HBRI XXVI – Improving Nutrition and Health, a Community-Based Program in Badran Village, Yogyakarta
Company-Community Partnerships for Health in Indonesia (CCPHI) facilitated the 26th Health and Business Roundtable Indonesia (HBRI) on 21 January 2015. Sarihusada is a company that produces nutritious products for mothers and children in Indonesia (www.sarihusada.co.id/) and PKPU is a non-profit organization that is engaged in social action such as humanitarian rescue and rehabilitation; and community development ( http://www.pkpu.or.id/). Sarihusada and PKPU presented “Improving Nutrition and Health, a Community-Based Program in Badran Village, Yogyakarta” that aims to encourage the community to be self-sustained and creative in improving the health quality of women, children and infants in Badran Village, Yogyakarta.
Rosdiana Sijabat - Lecturer of Atma Jaya Catholic University ( http://www.atmajaya.ac.id/web/), moderated the discussion that was attended by 51 participants from 12 companies, 14 NGOs, 1 association and 2 educational institutions.
