CCPHI is a non profit organization which promotes and facilitates partnerships among companies, NGOs, and local governments for healthy and sustainable communities.

CCPHI team and board members have extensive experience working with organizations in all sectors on a range of development challenges including health, education, diversity, gender equality, policy and community development. Our experience includes training, research, network and partnership building, policy making and advising policy makers, and grassroots advocacy.

Sonny Sukada

Executive Director

Experienced in working in natural resource-based industries, CSR, Sustainable Business, Corporate Communications, Multi Stakeholder Partnership, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), and Sustainability Reporting. A strong community and social service professional with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) focused on Travel and Tourism Services Management from the University of Surrey.

Christie Natasha


Christie Natasha has more than 10 years of experience as an administrator for various companies in Indonesia, working on staff payroll, insurance and personnel. Her last position in the commercial sector was as Executive Secretary for a development company in 1994. Since then she has worked for international non-government organizations (NGOs) including The Futures Group where she served as administrative assistant and the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health Center for Communication Program where she served as Senior Program Administrator, Finance and Administrative Officer, and Program Assistant for three different projects. Development world is completely different from a business one, therefore Christie was eager to join CCPHI because of the uniqueness of this project that builds links between companies and NGOs for the betterment of women and children in Indonesia.

Dessy Andriyani


Dessy Andriyani has 12 years experiences as a marketing and web programmer for various companies in Indonesia and has knowledge of handling events, budgeting, web developing and system analyst. Before joining CCPHI, she was a Marketing Support Specialist in a telecommunication company. CCPHI is her first step into a non-governmental world. She still learns a lot of things, which surely enrich her knowledge. Working in CCPHI is fun and challenging, she says.

Ben Laksana


Researcher with more than 8 years experience in social research especially the intersection between education, youth and sociology, has worked as a researcher for various local and international organizations. Prior to this Ben worked for the School of Education, Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, as a young researcher and also a teaching assistant for several courses on sociology, education and youth. Apart from research.



Jalal is a reliable resource person in terms of sustainable development and corporate social responsibility (CSR) both in discourse or in practice primarily in the Indonesian context. Jalal mastered the use of all international standards related to CSR.

Arief Budiman


As a law graduate, Arief Budiman only worked in the legal world as a staff at a business legal advisory office in Jakarta, which focuses on Air and Space Law. After that, Arief chose to engage in party politics since 2003. In 2006 Arief lived in Washington DC as a Research Staff at the Law Library of Congress. In 2008, Arief returned to Jakarta and became an Associate in the government relations consulting office at HD Asia Advisory.

Dian Rosdiana


Dian Rosdiana is one of the co-founders of CCPHI who currently serves as a Strategic Advisor. Its vision is to bring CCPHI to be the leading organization in the field of partnership in Indonesia so that it can continue to work to build multi-sectoral cooperation (public sector, private sector and NGOs) throughout Indonesia. His educational background in Anthropology and Communication enables him to innovate and foster partnerships that contribute to social, environmental and economic change.
