CCPHI Facilitates Workshop "Integration of Danone in Stunting Prevention Program"
CCPHI provides services as a facilitator in a workshop held by Danone with the topic: "Integration of Danone in the Stunting Prevention Program". CCPHI's central role in this workshop is to assist Danone in formulating a major partnership strategy in attracting the participation of stakeholders relevant to the sustainability of the program. As a facilitator, CCPHI acts as a moderator who leads the workshop which consists of seven sessions, represented by Dian Rosdiana.
There are three main outcomes that are expected from the sustainability of this program, namely; 1) each task force is expected to have the same understanding regarding the importance of the first 1000 days of life so that it has an impact on stunting prevention; 2) integrating a road map as the main basis for establishing partnerships in stunting prevention; where the road map is expected to have a strategic plan, objectives, measures of success, as well as a timeline; 3) build a narrative on how the One Danone Stunting Prevention Program can be sustainable in the future.
From this workshop, it can be concluded that the role of the facilitator is crucial in integrating the stunting prevention program launched by Danone as the main foundation for the sustainability of the task force in the future. With proper and comprehensive facilitation techniques, the energy released by the participants from various stakeholders will also have a positive impact on the sustainability and progress of the program.
